Where are the Lots?

Area Map

Site Maps & Locations

Road access is generally available to all lots.  Some areas have local road associations that provide private road maintenance and secured access.
If utility service is in your lot plans, confirm its availability before you bid.
Convenience stores and resorts, providing groceries and recreational supplies, are located within a short drive or boat ride.
Shopping, entertainment, services and restaurants are also within a short drive from the reservoirs.

Island Lake Reservoir

Island Lake Reservoir, with over 8,000 acres of water area, is just 25 miles north of Duluth on Hwy. 4.  Our largest reservoir, it stretches nearly nine miles east to west, and is dotted with many wooded islands.   Walleye is the word when it comes to fishing Island Lake Reservoir, but northern pike are found in its numerous backwater bays and many stringers have been filled with panfish.
Public and private boat launches, picnic areas and sandy beaches entice swimmers, boating enthusiasts and water-skiers.

Fish Lake Reservoir

Fish Lake Reservoir, 3,000 acres in size and nearly eight miles long east to west, is 15 miles north of Duluth on Co. Rd. 48.  Fish Lake remains true to its name as anglers are drawn to walleye, northern pike, bluegill and crappie, whether it's a hot summer day or through the ice.  Public and private boat launches provide easy access.

Little Alden Lake and Spring Lake

Little Alden and Spring Lake are two natural lakes 35 miles northeast of Duluth on Co. Rd. 44.  Northern, walleye and panfish are found in these lakes.
The shallower depths and smaller size of these peaceful lakes discourages large motorboats. Challenging waters of the Cloquet River, can be paddled directly from Little Alden Lake.

Whiteface Reservoir

Whiteface Reservoir, 5,000 acres in size and nearly six miles long, is just 40 miles north of Duluth on Co. Hwy. 4 and 30 minutes southeast of Virginia/Eveleth on Co. Rd. 16.  Anglers find the solitude and the pine studded shores of the Whiteface a perfect backdrop when battling northern pike and walleye, bluegill and crappie.
A public boat launch and picnic area is provided by Minnesota Power, and a U.S. forest Service campground and swimming beach on the northern shore draw campers, swimmers and sunbathers.

Gull River Flowage

The Gull River Flowage is located just eight miles west of Brainerd via Minnesota State Hwy. 210.  Largemouth bass are found under lily pads in quiet inlets and bays, along with northern pike, bluegill and walleye.   The main channel of the flowage attracts boating enthusiasts of all kinds.   Combine the Crow Wing river in your route and you have 10 miles of navigable water.
