8 Lakeshore Lots Available on Kramer Lake (New Prices)
Minnesota Power currently has eight new, large lakeshore
lots for lease in the Brainerd Lakes Area through its ShoreLand
Traditions® Premier Managed Lake Lands office. The lots
are all part of ShoreLand Traditions® Kramer
South Subdivision on Kramer Lake, a natural lake, located about eight
miles west of Brainerd, Minnesota. This new subdivision is designed
at a much lower density than traditional lakeshore developments. Lots
are four to seventeen acres and have lake frontages ranging from 220
to 1450 feet. Each lot possesses unique characteristics in an area
of unsurpassed natural beauty and privacy.
We are accepting offers to lease these lots now. Lots are ready for viewing and each available lot is identified with signs at the road. Boundary lines have been cleared and flagged. You are encouraged to visit each of the lots.
Financing is available through Minnesota Power ShoreLand Traditions®. We are offering promissory note terms of 5 years at 5% APR, or 10 years at 8% APR. (Loan Calculator)
We anticipate very strong demand for these exceptional lots. If our past experiences hold true here, it is likely that demand for this recreational property will continue to grow each year. So, there probably is no better time than now to acquire one of these lots.

Lots are issued for seasonal use but year-round occupancy is allowed after proper installation of water and sanitary systems. You do not have to build on our lots; however, about 1,100 of our 1,200 existing leaseholders at other lakeshore managed locations have chosen to build. Minnesota Power’s ShoreLand Traditions® has been in existence for over seventy years. Leases, including those for lots in the Kramer South Subdivision, run to February 1, 2036, and are renewable at the option of Minnesota Power.
